ABOUT —

I'm a creative director with a graphic design background, specializing in brand strategy, identity, and digital campaigns. I lead projects from the first strategy call to final launch, whether that's creating an identity from scratch, bringing dozens of practices together under one national brand, or evolving a brand alongside a fast-growing company.

As a leader, I set the strategy and direction, then bring the right people together to make it happen. I partner directly with executive leadership and guide a cross-functional group of copywriters, UX and web developers, SEO specialists, and photo and video teams, creative directing on set and in the details. I've also led teams in agency settings, managing client accounts, directing junior designers and freelancers, and helping win new business. I believe the best creative leadership means staying close to the work.

What sets me apart is how much of the process I can own. I pair design with creative strategy, copywriting, and SEO, so the brand looks right, sounds right, and gets found. I've worked across healthcare, tech, wellness, and education, including as Art Director at ChartHop and Creative Director at DOCS Dermatology Group, where I lead brand architecture, website strategy, and creative for a national, multi-state network.

I'm rigorous, curious, and empathetic by nature, and I believe in the power of significant simplicity. I'm currently available for freelance projects and open to remote creative director and art director roles.

When I'm not designing, you can find me at a local coffee shop, hunting for treasures at estate sales, eating tacos, or camping and exploring with my wife, daughter, and two rescue dogs.
